Why is this woman screaming?? Because she's looking for a home to buy in the KC Metro and there's just not enough inventory. With only 2 months of inventory (meaning if no one else list their house for 2 months we would sell out of everything on the market. A healthy market is 5-6 months.) she can't find anything worth buying, or when she does find something there are already multiple offers and it's a bidding war. It's pretty frustrating out there for buyers right now, BUT if you have a home to sell now might be the best time to get the absolute most money for your house. If you, or someone you know is considering selling your house please give us a call and we'd be happy to do a market analysis to see what it might sell for. Then you can decide if it's right for you, but at least you'd have good info to base your decision on. Call our business line at 913-732-1247. Please feel free to share this with your family and friends too.
